I scheduled an an appointment to have the tires changed on my truck. The staff was courteous and professional. We ran into a small situation during the appointment and the staff and management were quick to rectify it when I brought it up. They went above and beyond to make it the best experience possible under the circumstances. I would use them again for professional and personal needs.

While traveling from Oregon to Tennessee, our transmission maintenance light came on. We had the car serviced in Oregon just before we left so it was concerning for us. Called and spoke to Nathan with our concern and we were happy to say the least when he said to come in and they would be able to take a look at our truck. (It also was Saturday). Thankfully it was just the maintenance light and our fluids were clean and full. Thank you for all the help and we got on our way back to Tennessee.
Dakotah Padilla was absolutely wonderful! We had just been sideswiped on the freeway loosing all the glass and part of the plastic on our driver side mirror. We were towing and could not get far without the driver side mirror. He was so understanding and patient with us. My husband and I woke up this morning with every intention to buy a new vehicle from a competitor down the road. He has a good personality for this type of work, and I felt at ease all the time. He went over a lot of how the car works and all the bells and whistles. I brought my vehicle in for warranty work. I initially worked with Heather who helped me get my car out of lymp mode as I was sreanded on I25. Ionce I got the car in Dillon helped from there and he has always been so nice. Very helpful and professional.
The friendly staff, timely updates. $109 for a front end alignment is a bargain. Additionally they voluntarily installed my all weather floor mats free of charge even though they weren’t obligated to.

Jason met us in the parking lot, the minute we pulled in, and helped us with the entire process. He did great all around. He was very friendly and made the process very smooth. Robert helped us with all of the financing and paper signing and answered every question we had. Mike also helped with the financing part and made it very easy. All 3 exceeded our expectations of keeping us comfortable while we waited and made sure every question we had was answered.

I realized I forgot to leave a review and it's been over a year at this point, but the service department here was great! They took in my car, which was a bit unusual with plenty wrong with it, and they did an excellent job on it. They were more than fair and stuck to their quoted price even though I think there may have been some complications along the way.
